If you are trying to make a reservation for a trip less than 2-4 hours from
now, please do so by Calling (919) 309-2700.
Passenger/s arriving at RDU (and needing pickup/s), please do provide your departure city/airport name to enable AFR to view online flight arrival/delay info. Also, arriving passenger/s must turn cell phone on upon landing (if possible), for driver-passenger contact.
Passengers arriving by Delta, United, AA and Air Canada are picked up from Zone 16 (Pre-arranged shuttle area) at Terminal 2.
All others are picked up from Zone 9 (Purple Bus Stops) located from across the Terminal 1 building.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy.
AFR accepts phone/faxed/Online and emailed reservations. To hold/make advance reservation/s, AFR needs a valid Visa / Credit Card # etc.
Reservations made can be cancelled (during 6am until 9pm EST/Mon-Fri) and must be done at least 2 hours in advance of pickup time.
