However, we do not save online customer personal/financial information at all except the hard (client's) signed copies of financial transactions, which AFR is required by the third party agreement/s to hold for 2 years for audit purposes and then destroy such. However, we cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy (for example, in the event of unauthorized acts by third parties that violate applicable law or our policies).

In the event that our ownership was to change as a result of a bankruptcy, merger or acquisition by another company, AFR will require from them to honor AFR privacy statement to safeguard your information.

afalconride.com does not ask personal identifiable information from minors nor does offer any services for reservation/booking by children. Our offered services may be used by children or adults provided, reservations on afalconride.com aremade by an adult. If you are under 18, you may use afalconride.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Choice/Opt-Out:

You can always choose to optout/not to provide information, even though it might be needed to obtain features as receiving a quote, making a reservation, pasting, searches and creating customer reviews.
